Ibiza Family Holidays, Kids Activities, Itineraries and Guides

Ibiza is known as a party island, but it is slowly shrugging off the party image. Don’t get me wrong, it is still very much a party island, but you may be surprised to find out that it is also a popular destination for families.

Ibiza is a great destination for a short stint with children. There are a good handful of kids activities to do on the island, a few places with child minding services that tourists are able to make use of and areas where to get away from the party scene.

To make your search easier, here is what you can look forward to for an amazing Ibiza family holiday.

Kids Activities

There are aren’t a huge amount of things to do for kids on this small island, but here is what you can do with kids in Ibiza. All the places I suggested are perfect for younger kids, and exclude all the stuff older kids and adults would appreciate.

If you are looking for more activities you could always hop onto the ferry and experience some other kids activities in Mallorca.

Ibiza Family Holidays – Itineraries

Although Ibiza has many places that support loud music, there are many places you can go for some peace and quiet to relax with family. You could of course just stay at one of the many hotel beach resorts for all the time you are in Ibiza.

There are a variety of tours in Ibiza you could go for to enjoy the sea, jeep safaris and other things to do. However if you would like to explore on your own, here is an itinerary of activities based on the activities for kids in Ibiza. Additionally here is a map showcasing the activity locations for easy reference.

A small island has its pros and cons. One of the cons is that there isn’t a huge selection of things to do. However one of the pros is that no where is really that far off which is a plus in this case. In fact you can cross the entire island in less than an hour by car.

As a result you can make use of the child minding services on the island if you need to. This will enable you to head off for a few hours to visit some attractions while your kids are happily taken care of by professionals.
