What Goes Up Goes Back Up
It has had over €1 million euro invested in this park situated in Tarxien. The quality of this indoor area is fantastic. There are loads of trampolines on the floor and the walls to bounce off of.
There are also other activities like the battle beam where you can balance on a beam and battle an opponent with foam cylinders. Encourage your kid to battle you and see who will end up in the foam pit below 🙂 You can also jump on a giant airbag that will cave in but cushion your fall.
Make sure you wear comfortable clothing for this so you are not restricted in any way when you are there. This place can get busy, especially on the weekends so it would be best to book in advance. The Velocity Malta site has online bookings available which you can access here.
Sessions last an hour and it is recommended that you arrive half an hour before the session starts so you can get yourself checked in and watch a safety briefing before you start. You will be asked to fill in a form with terms and conditions, which you can do before you get to Velocity park. You can access it here. This form has the usually stuff which states that they are not responsible for any injuries that you may sustain, yada yada yada.
Apart from the entrance fee to use the facilities at Velocity park Malta you will need to also purchase their grip socks which cost €2. No other footwear is permitted on the trampolines. These socks are specially designed for increased grip to reduce the risk of injury and also to reduce the chance of foot infections. They also serve to contain awfully bad smelly feet. Pew!
